The Social Tribe

Tribal Fitness is about more than just exercise; it’s about having fun and sharing experiences. Tribe members encourage each other during sessions and support each other outside of bootcamps. New mums share hints and tips about babies, we enter 5/10k events, fund raise, have craic in cyberspace on Facebook and Twitter, meet for coffee (and sometimes even cake!) and just occasionally, have a night out and paint the town red!

Yes, us girlies love any auld excuse for a get together!  To keep up to date with the latest events, coffee mornings with mums & babies or the next night out on the town, chat with your Tribe on Facebook and Twitter, or sign up to Tribal Drums.

Upcoming Tribal Events

The Tribes are always finding an excuse to paint the town red!

Watch this space for details of the next social gathering!

The Pramtastic mummies and babies love to relax with a coffee in one hand and a slice of cake in other, while swapping hints and tips (and the odd moan) about parenting.

Watch this space for details of the next coffee and cafe gathering!

We are always doing fun challenges to help keep us motivated.

‘Two Tribes go to War’ is our next challenge which starts on Friday 18th January (but you can join in anytime!) until Saturday 16th March- so check out the Challenges page for all the details!

Previous Tribal Events

We do loads of fun things, but here’s a selection of just a few to whet your appetite!

Bangor 10k – where ‘Team Tribal’ ran, jogged, walked and crawled their way round the route! Click on the photo to see more.

The Tribal Triple
– 20 brave Tribe Members took on the challenge of a 3 hour Tribal Bootcamp. It was awesome fun. Check out the photos on Facebook to see for yourself.

Operation Lipstick – The Tribe entered two teams for ‘Operation Lipstick‘ at Castlewellan Forest Park, to help support the Tiny Life charity. It was a fab day out. Have a look at the short video below to see what we all got up to.

The Big Pram Push
– Two brave men, Stuart and Dave, pushed a pram 350 miles around Northern Ireland to raise money for the Tiny Life charity. Tribal Fitness got involved in the Bangor leg, which was from Bangor to Crawfordsburn. It poured with rain but it didn’t dampen our spirits and we made it to the end with them!

If there’s something you would like to be doing with the Tribe, just get in touch and we can try and get it organised….it’s all part of the Tribal ethos!
