If training in a group isn’t for you, or if you want some more ‘quality time’ with your instructor to make sure you are pushed to your limits, then 1 on 1 bootcamp sessions may be for you.

Private sessions can be held in any outdoor space of your choice (or in your home if needed), providing a mixture of cardio training, muscle strengthening and core stability work. Personal bootcamp sessions can help you focus on your personal goal, whatever that may be, for example, fat reduction, muscle toning, posture, core stability, improved cardio-vascular fitness, enhanced energy. Personal sessions also open up more opportunity to discuss general nutrition with regards to improving your overall healthy eating regime.  If desired, body measurements can be taken prior to the first session and reviewed on an agreed time scale, to help assess your progress. Please note I do not weigh clients! I don’t believe in scales. This often distracts from the real progress you are making. However, you are obviously welcome to keep a note of your weight at home.

Private bootcamp sessions are available for females of all ages and fitness levels, so if you need some extra motivation and want to focus on your health and fitness in a 1 on 1 session, then please get in touch with Nikki or Rachael to discuss details, along with locations and pricing.
