Back in Action Bootcamp

If you fancy an extra workout in between the Pramtastic Bootcamp sessions, or if the great outdoors is just not for you, then the indoor post natal block may be of interest.

The Back in Action Bootcamp is a 4 week course (one session per week) that is for new mums who want to get back in shape and back in action! You can bring your baby along with you as they will have plenty of space to wriggle and play. Your little one even participates in some of the exercises, so it’s great for bonding and interacting, as well as providing you with a great workout!

The sessions are led by a fully qualified post natal fitness instructor, with exercises designed to address the muscular and postural imbalances developed during pregnancy. Focus is made on strengthening the core muscles that may be weakened in pregnancy and labour, as well as including overall body toning. The sessions are very relaxed and friendly, with babies always coming first.

This bootcamp is great for meeting other new mums and a brilliant opportunity to get out of the house and exercise with your baby, with no need for childcare!
