Tribal Fitness BootcampsTribal Fitness has been set up by Nichola Jarvis who has 15 years experience in the fitness industry.  Nichola has worked as a fitness instructor in a variety of gyms, was an assistant manager of a ladies only gym and an employee of a local council in England, providing community health and fitness to families with young children.

Nichola is a fully qualified fitness and aerobics instructor as well as holding a degree in Sport Studies.  In addition to this Nichola has undertaken further training modules in nutrition, personal training, aqua aerobics and completed specialised training courses in pre and post natal exercise to name but a few.

Tribal Fitness was born out of Nichola’s two passions – nature’s gym (i.e. the great outdoors) and having FUN when exercising!  Too often she has heard over the years that people hate dragging themselves to the gym to work out in a sweaty room full of cloned equipment and dodgy air conditioning, not to mention paying a regular monthly fee, joining fees, or expensive personal training costs……..so this has driven Nichola to provide flexible and affordable exercise sessions for ladies of all abilities in the fresh outdoors.  Also, her own experience of being a mum has encouraged Nichola to instruct specific exercise sessions for new mums in nature’s gym without having to worry about childcare arrangements or costs.

You are guaranteed a friendly personal service, as Nichola understands the importance of feeling comfortable and enjoying your workout time, to help keep you motivated.    Nichola is there to encourage you and ensure you maximize your individual potential at each session; although being a woman also means that catching up on the latest gossip is important too!  So although you will work hard, classes are light-hearted as you discuss the recent soap story lines, or how many hours little Johny was up last night…..all while doing your lunges of course!

In a nutshell, Tribal Fitness is committed to helping women maintain, regain and improve their fitness levels, while having FUN!  So only one question remains… Which tribe will you join?
