We like to think Tribal Fitness is something everyone should know about, and the local press seem to think the same!

Thanks to everyone who attended the post natal sessions in Bangor, while RTE were filming. The Pramtastic feature was shown on RTE and is great to highlight what we get up to during a typical bootcamp. Have a look at the video below and see if you can spot yourself or someone you know!

The lovely John Toal came along to a Bangor Pramtastic Bootcamp to find out why mums were exercising in the park with buggies.  Have a listen by clicking the arrow button on the frame below, it sounds like he enjoyed himself!

The Tribe was asked to be involved in filming for an NHS DVD for gestational diabetes. It will help those pregnant and postnatal ladies live with the condition and showcase what great exercise services are available to them. Thanks to the mums and babies who signed their lives away to be filmed during a Bootcamp session.
